BJ Penn vs Rory MacDonald rebooked for UFC on FOX 5 on Dec. 8

News sources confirmed the recent news regarding the rescheduled bout between BJ Penn and Rory MacDonald.  The bout will take place on Dec. 8, 2012 at UFC on FOX 5 at a location yet to be named.  MacDonald suffered a nasty cut in training that forced him out of the bout with Penn.

Penn is looking to defeat the Tristar athlete when he comes out of retirement and try to  defeat someone in St-Pierre’s camp.

A main-event matchup recently announced will be a lightweight title fight between champion Ben Henderson and number one contender Nate Diaz.  A light heavyweight bout is also on the card as Alexander Gustafsson will take on top 5 fighter Mauricio “Shogun” Rua
