Georges St. Pierre medically cleared to fight Carlos Condit at UFC 154 on Nov. 17 in Montreal



Great news for not only Canadian fans, but fans world-wide as current UFC welterweight champion has been medically cleared to return to competition after nearly a year and a half hiatus from the UFC.
St-Pierre will fight Carlos Condit and unify the titles at UFC 154 at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on Nov. 17, 2012.The champ tweets: I’m now medically cleared to compete in professional mixed martial arts events- Rendez-vous le 17 novembre, @UFC 154, Montréal!!! St-Pierre suffered a knee injury during training, and although he has been away from competition lately, he still opens up as the odds-on favorite.
