Freedom Fights 12 results from Sudbury, Ontario

The FF promotion returned to the Sudbury Arena in Sudbury, Ontario last night (October 27, 2012) and produced a stellar card for fans in Northern Ontario.  The card featured an exciting affair between UFC vet Daniel Roberts and Nuri Shakir.

The UFC vet secured a rear-naked choke to steal the show in the second round of the main event.

Even though Sudbury is a small town hours north of Toronto, the fanbase in Sudbury is just overwhelming as hundreds packed the house to take on live MMA action.

Ontario superstar Misha Cirkunov did not compete as his opponent hurt his knee a day before the weigh ins.
