Canadian light heavyweight rising star Ryan Jimmo will return to the octagon to battle James Te Huna in a 205-pound showdown. The event, which takes place on Feb. 16, 2013, will feature an interim bantamweight title fight between champion Renan Barao and Michael McDonald.
The event will take place inside the Wembley Arena in London, England.
Fighting out of Edmonton, Alberta, Jimmo made a huge statement in his UFC debut this past July at UFC 149 as he tied the promotions fastest KO record. His KO over Anthony Perosh earned him Knockout of the Night honors.
The KO highlight reel was shown on major sports networks across North America.
Te Huna, currently riding a three-fight win streak with his most recent victory coming at UFC on Fuel TV: Munoz vs. Weidman, will look to put a stop to Jimmo’s hype-train.
