Yves Jabouin vs. Johnny Eduardo official for UFC 158 in Montreal

A bantamweight bout has just been announced for the UFC’s trip back to Montreal on March 16, 2013 as Tristar’s very own Yves “Tiger” Jabouin will battle Johnny Eduardo in a bantamweight bout at UFC 158.

The fight was just announced via UFC Canada today.

Jabouin, the Haitian-Canadian mixed martial artist from Montreal, Quebec, will look to dust himself off from his last loss to Brad Pickett and gain the upper hand in his fight with Eduardo.

Since his loss to Pickett back in September of 2012, Jabouin was riding a successful three-fight win streak.

The Brazilian, Johnny Eduardo made his UFC debut at UFC 134 in August of 2011 where he dropped a unanimous decision loss to Raphael Assunção.  He then bounced back in May of 2012 to defeat Jeff Curran at UFC on Fuel TV: Korean Zombie vs. Poirier via unanimous decision.

The main-event will feature a long awaited title fight between Georges St-Pierre and Nick Diaz.
