UFC 156 fighter salaries for ‘Aldo vs. Edgar’; find out which fighters took home the most cash

The official payout’s and salaries for each fighter who competed at UFC 156 this past Saturday night (Feb. 2, 2013) have been released by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC).

The event, which took place inside the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, featured a main-event title tilt between current featherweight champ Jose Aldo and challenger Frankie Edgar.

Here are the complete UFC 156 payouts and salaries:

Jose Aldo: $240,000 ($120,000 to show, $120,000 to win)
Frankie Edgar: $120,000
Aldo def. Edgar via unanimous decision

Antonio Rogerio Nogueira: $174,000 ($107,000 to show, $67,000 to win)
Rashad Evans: $300,000
Nogueira def. Evans via unanimous decision

Antonio Silva: $70,000 (no win bonus)
Alistair Overeem: $285,714.29

Demian Maia: $120,000 ($60,000 to show, $60,000 to win)
Jon Fitch: $66,000
