Canada’s premier Mixed Martial Arts media website, yours truly MMACanada.net was live on location in L.A. at UFC Gym in Torrance, California. Our very own Jay Heard and the crew took pictures of the open workout event that was open to media. Video footage of the open work outs will be posted shortly.

The main-event takes place this Saturday, February 23 from Anaheim, California where history will be made when Ronda Rousey defends her UFC bantamweight title against challenger Liz Carmouche.
