UFC 173 results: Dillashaw finished Barao to win Bantamweight title

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returned to MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada tonight (May 24, 2014).  In one of the best fights ever witnessed, T.J. Dillashaw became the new UFC Bantamweight champion as he beat and battered one of the all time greatest fighters in Renan Barao.

In co-main event action, Daniel Cormier defeated legend Dan Henderson via submission.  Cormier called out the champ Jon Jones and said he would take him down at will and that he is only getting better and that he cant hide.

Canadian Mitch Clarke did what most thought he couldnt, and that was defeat TUF winner Al Iaquinta by submission in the undercard.
