According to Toshido MMA coach David Lea, the Ultimate Fighting Championship has signed Battlefield Fight League fighter Matt Dwyer.
Here it straight from Lea, here: “HUGE TOSHIDO MMA NEWS!!!!! My little gym in Kelowna, BC, Canada first gave the UFC Rory MacDonald, then we gave the UFC Sarah Moras, and now…….We give the UFC Matt Dwyer!!!! Matt is officially the third Toshido MMA fighter to be signed to the UFC! I’m so proud of my team who sweat and bleed for each other every day! As a team we can accomplish anything! War Toshido!”
Dwyer, who has racked up a 5-fight win streak, and who’s most recent victory comes over DaMarques Johnson at Battlefield Fight League 30, will look to add some Canadian flavor to the UFC roster amongst all the others.
