Chad Laprise “Hoping to keep MMA Alive in Canada” featured on CTV Montreal News

Ultimate Fighter (TUF) Canadian champion Chad Laprise is looking to keep MMA alive and the popularity up in Canada, according to the CTV Montreal exclusive below.

CTV’s on air personality says with the departure of Canadian great Georges St-Pierre, the excitement in Canada has dipped.  Laprise plans to change that.

Laprise became the first TUF Canadian champion over a year ago as Canadians battled Australian as part of UFC’s TUF “Nations” reality series.

Laprise is hands down one of the most technical and exciting athletes Canada has ever had. “Im right where I want to be, I am young, I am 28 years old” says Laprise.
