Steve Bosse was set to make his UFC debut this past weekend in Montreal as a replacement for Rampage Jackson. That never was meant to be as Jackson was then able to compete on the card, leaving many local fans puzzled as to when they would finally see their hero fight in the cage.
UFC Canada announced via Twitter that the Quebec native will indeed fight in the UFC:
BREAKING: Steve “The Boss” Bosse will make his UFC debut June 27 in Brazil against Thiago Santos.
Bosse returns to competition after nearly two years of being on retirement. Bosse holds wins over former UFC vets, such as Houston Alexander, Marvin Eastman and others.
His opponent, Thiago Santos is currently riding a TKO victory over Andy Enz in January.
Let’s see if Bosse can live up to the much anticipated hype!
