Rodney Wallace vs. Kalib Starnes set for co-main event at HK44 in Calgary

Rodney “Sho Nuff The Master” Wallace is a 33 year old professional mixed martial arts fighter, standing only 5’9” in the 205 pound light heavyweight division. Wallace hails from Charlotte, NC, USA and trains under Team R.O.C. Charlotte. He has a professional fight record of 22-10-1, with more than half of his bouts going the distance. He has fought the likes of Brian Stann and Jared Hamman and is now 2-1 in the Hard Knocks cage.
Kalib Starnes fights out of Aegis Athletics in Surrey, BC, Canada and is seven years Wallace’s senior, at 40 years old. Starnes has almost 17 years of professional MMA fight experience, and at 6’3” tall, Starnes stands a whopping six inches over Wallace. He has 26 total professional MMA fights, with a record of 16-9-1. Starnes has also fought well known MMA names such as Nate Quarry, Yushin Okami and Chris Leben.
Both fighters are coming off of a loss from their most recent bout and are ready and hungry to demolish their next opponent in the cage. Neither fighter has a problem with going the distance, and both have proven their knockout and submission skills in the cage. This will be an exciting matchup and incredible display of mixed martial arts skill in the 205 pound division.
