A) I'm doing very well man, I'm so in shape everywhere mentally and physicly

Q) So your next fight is at UFC 86 THIS SATURDAY, how you feeling?
A) Feel very very confident, I just had my best training camp ever so I'm so ready to go !!

Q) You got a big task ahead of you in Riccardo Almeida, what are your thoughts on him?
A) He's got a big task to I tell you right now !! I'm so hungry man!! I respect him alot, this guy is no joke, but this is exactly the kind of guy than I need to beat to go on top.

Q) He is an accomplished brazilian jiu jitu fighter, what are your strategies coming into this fight?
A) Take him down and submit him !! hahaha.. Seriously bro you know me, I want to explode his head, keeping the fight on my feet and force him to fight my fight !!

Q) Can you give us a look into your training camp and where you have been training and who you have been training with for this fight?
A) I've trained with the Canadian wrestling team, with some guy who's going to the next Olympic games, I've trained with my team BTT Canada and also Sityodtong !!

Q) What would you like to say to Riccardo Almeida?
A) Not much, He's been very respectful with me so I'm not going to trash talk him. But at the end, My hands will be raised !!!

Q) How do you want to finish this fight?
A) I want to finish the fight period. I dont want to go to the decision, If I put the gameplan perfectly , that will be done before the middle of the 2nd round.

Q) Well now the big question is, if you are victorious over Riccardo Almeida on July 5th, will you be granted the UFC Middleweight title fight against Anderson Silva?
A) Dont' know. I don't think about that. Now it's all about Almeida !!
