Yes fans it is official.  Ottawa, Ontario's own Nick Denis (11-2) will battle Ultimate Fighter 14's Johnny Bedford in a bantamweight bout at UFC on Fox 3.  The event will take place on May 5th in New Jersey at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey

The fight was announced via UFC Canada official Twitter account.

Denis made his UFC debut on January 20, 2012 and made quick work of Joseph Sandoval by defeating him in just 22 seconds of the first round.  he is looking to carry that same momentum into his May 5th showdown.

Bedford is also coming off of a win at the TUF 1 finale over Louis Gaudinot.
